As a Business Process Improvement Specialist, you'll be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and improving workflows across all departments. You'll partner with leaders and teams to identify inefficiencies, implement improvements, and support adoption through training and communication. Your work will ensure that our processes are not only efficient and compliant but also foster a culture of continuous improvement.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a centralized Process Library of documented workflows and SOPs.
  • Conduct process assessments to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives (including Lean Six Sigma projects) to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Redesign workflows to enhance clarity, reduce cycle times, and improve productivity.
  • Create training guides, checklists, and visual workflows to support adoption.
  • Facilitate workshops and provide coaching to ensure new processes are understood and followed.
  • Define KPIs, build dashboards, and provide regular performance reports to leadership.
  • Support the integration of digital tools and automation into business processes.
  • Conduct and document root cause analyses for major operational issues.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in business process improvement, business analysis, or operations.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles (certification an asset).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation abilities, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proficiency with CRM or manufacturer-specific ERP software.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software quickly.
  • Post-secondary education in business administration, operations, or a related field preferred.
