This Role Is for You If You:

  • Provide excellent customer service and relationship management
  • Have strong attention to detail and follow a proven process
  • Know how to manage time, tasks, and priorities effectively
  • Are comfortable using CRM platforms and digital tools
  • Are proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Are dependable, punctual, and committed to professionalism
  • Are flexible with scheduling, including some weekends
  • Enjoy working with customers in person, helping guide them through product options and project details

What You'll Do

  • Consistently meet or exceed company goals, performance standards, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Meet with customers to understand project needs and guide them through window and door solutions
  • Manage projects from initial consultation through installation completion
  • Maintain accurate records and timely updates in the CRM system
  • Coordinate scheduling, timelines, and communication between internal teams and customers
  • Ensure customers receive five-star service at every stage of the process
  • Proven ability to close deals across short and long sales cycles
  • Resolve issues with professionalism, care, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Travel to customer locations daily (up to 100% of work time)

Requirements

  • Live within the local area or be willing to relocate
  • Ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License and a clean driver's abstract
  • Excellent interpersonal communication with a diplomatic, positive, and energetic attitude
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage changing priorities
  • Reliable, responsible, and committed to delivering high-quality work

Salary Range
