Key Responsibilities

AI & Technology Research

• Research emerging AI tools and technologies relevant to our business
  
• Prepare reports and recommendations for management
  

Process Improvement

• Document workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
  
• Support the implementation of new systems and processes across departments
  

Project Assistance

• Help manage small tech-related projects under supervision
  
• Track timelines and deliverables for technology initiatives
  

Continuous Learning

• Stay current on industry trends and share insights with leadership
  

IT Support & Coordination

• Assist with basic IT troubleshooting and maintenance
  
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software needs
  

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, Business Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  
• Strong interest in AI, technology, and process optimization
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills
  
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and systems
  
• Basic knowledge of IT systems and software is an asset
